May Flowers

Scripture
Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or
store away in barns, and yet your Heavenly Father feeds
them. Are you not much more valuable than they?
Matthew 6:26

Thought
Where we are today is a result of what we planted
yesterday. Some of us have planted wrong things and desire
a crop failure. Its ever too late. If you are in the
middle of a mess that you may have caused, call upon God.
He will not say "I told you so". He will help you to make
the right decisions to get on top of your situations. Then,
not too long from now you will be enjoying blessings from
His hand. Faith is stepping out to believe Him even when
it's hard or when we feel that we don't deserve it. He is
a good God test Him and see.

Consider the Birds

They come and visit every day
Without a care or worry.
They eat their fill and sing their songs
Until the winter finds its fury.
They care not what tomorrow brings
Thinking only of today.
They live their lives with songs of joy
As God leads them on their way.
Where does their sustenance come from?
They never fret or fear.
God provides and always meets
Their needs throughout the year.
What lesson does our Maker want
To teach us from the birds?
They worry not yet He provides
As proclaimed He in His word.
So sing your song of joy to Him
Never fret or fear.
Search, work and let God provide
Each season of the year.
